REFUND POLICY

Overview

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Learners Ink website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds:- Classroom Training:

All cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:

Learners Ink reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

1. If Learners Ink cancels the workshop, you will get 100% refund.

2. In case the cancellation is done by the delegate within 3 days from the date of registration, 10% of the registration fee will be deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining will be refunded.

3. If the cancellation is done by the delegate more than 7 days prior to the event start date, then 20% will be deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining will be refunded.

4. If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 7 days of the event start date, no refund will be made.

Cancellation & Refunds:- Online Training:

1. If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% will be deducted as administration fee.

2. If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
